Lots of people are moving to Raleigh and its surrounding towns and cities. Like, a lot.
To make room for our new neighbors, roads are getting widened, abandoned buildings are getting repurposed, and more housing is being developed.
The hum of construction is constant as new buildings are raised, and for those of us who know the city, watching old landmarks transform can be difficult to process.
For this reason, we thought it would be helpful to start some public reminiscing about our shared home. Many of us have priceless memories about living where great things happened in our lives.

Some of us can point to certain locations where the buildings have changed, but the history beneath them is constant. Others might associate a certain mood with Raleigh, a time in your life where big change happened, hopefully for the better.
Put simply, what does Raleigh mean to you? What does it mean to be a Raleigh native? What is your sense of the city if you’re a transplant? What do you feel about the area that you now call home?

For us, the answer is easy. Our first dealership, Leith Lincoln, opened in 1969, and many of the people who work for us have family going back generations in Raleigh.

We’ve seen a lot of change in the city, and we’ve grown a lot with it. Many of our dealerships are on the north end of Capital Boulevard, but we also have a sizable presence in Cary, and an outpost in Wendell, too.
While some dealerships prefer to outgrow their hometown, we’re content to remain. This is home to us, and we love the city more than we can say.
