Leith Cars Blog

In episode 20 of LeithCars.com’s Zero to 60 podcast, we take up the question of what makes a great family car. Based on what millions of Americans have said through their buying habits, one strong contender for that title is the Honda CR-V.

Following a brief intermission during the Great Recession, sales of the CR-V in the U.S. have seen annual increases for every year from 2009 until now. Last year that figure was just over 357,000 and we think that the redesign ushered in by the 2017 model will propel that number to even greater heights.

Because this is a podcast we’ll let you know about one change that’s harder to convey by ear: its looks. The 2017 CR-V introduces an entirely new look that borrows some from the Civic, which also underwent a striking exterior revision. It’s bigger, and different, but since it’s from Honda you know it’s been tested with one key feature in mind: ease of use.

We’ll let Mark and special guest Porter Good from Leith Honda talk to you about the rest. Take it away, fellas!
