In the sale and service industry, holding employees accountable to the ethical standards remains paramount to a business’ success. We at Leith Cars are fortunate to have many resources that allow customers to post reviews of their experiences with any member of our staff. While reviewing some of the latest comments, our team selects some of the most poignant stories to share with you; hence, our series called Real People Matter.

Leith Acura Cary Dealership

We take a look at Leith Acura in Cary for this week’s edition. The culture at this dealership encourages qualities like honesty and integrity – it is their promise to you and a fine complement to the Leith mission. These two characteristics are particularly evident in a review posted via Cars.com on June 15th, 2014.

“I have not bought a new car in years and was hesitant with reading online horror stories and comments. I made the visit to Leith Acura in Cary and was amazed about the visit from start to finish.”

This gentleman worked with our brand ambassador Ian McPherson. What amazed this customer is how “knowledgeable” and “kind” Ian was. He also notes that “in no way [was Ian] expecting an answer to buy a car at that minute.” After their discussion, the customer left with prices in mind and knowing that Leith Acura would match, if not beat, prices quoted by the USAA Auto Circle.

It turned out that Ian was correct in confidently stating that Leith Acura’s prices would best the competition. The two signed the deal a few days later, and what happened next only added to the great experience.

“They provided me with options, picked me up on my day off an hour away, and showed me all of the features.” Ian and the Leith team also addressed other issues and concerns that may arise after making a purchase. What makes us so proud of this review is that this gentleman serves in the military at Fort Bragg – and we thank him for it.
