The unfortunate reality is that some people have a mistrust of car dealerships because of past experiences with forceful salesmen or hidden tricks. Well, let us share a deeply appreciated commendation from Judy Corsi regarding our staff at Leith AutoPark Kia.
Judy purchased a Kia a few years ago from “a couple of great guys” and has returned to the dealership for “regular oil changes, inspections, or whatever else my car needs.”
Our standards are not applied only on the showroom floor or in the lot; from the receptionist’s desk to the service bays, we expect only the very best from every team member. The service department at Leith AutoPark Kia boasts seven state-of-the-art bays, wireless Internet, a children’s play area, and more.
“Clint makes it very easy for me to make appointments and to come in around my busy schedule. Recently, I was in three times within the past two weeks, and he was very accommodating and helpful.”
Clint Prestley, one of our service advisors, certainly applies himself to helping clients in a manner that is both expeditious and convenient for them. While we certainly applaud Clint for this recognition, our hope is that every member of our staff could earn a flattering commendation.
Travis Thornton, a Leith Kia brand ambassador, sold Judy the car. In the years since her purchase, she stated that Travis always “stops by to say hello and checks to see how things are going with me.”
At the end of her e-mail, Judy thanks us for providing great service; however, it is we that thank her. Her trust in our competence and care means far more than any purchase. All of us here at Leith AutoPark Kia work to provide superior service in all that we offer.
